What is Sacred to Me
Hi Friends,
Thank you for taking the time to hop on over for a visit. You might be thinking, “Okay, where is she going with this? She’s talking about yoga, vegan living, Type 1 Diabetes, and then there is a rabbit here…that’s right! We all have our own little burrows comprised of what makes us who we are. This includes how we choose to nourish ourselves, our self care practices, the clothing we wrap ourselves in and company that we keep. This is my sacred burrow and it is constantly in flux as I navigate this human experience.
Throughout my journey, I’ve discovered that at my core, I always have been, and always will be deeply passionate about my desire for all living beings to coexist in good health and harmony free from suffering. I believe we can collectively heal by first connecting within, connecting with nature and connecting with our collective consciousness.
For me, this means practicing Ahimsa, non violence, to ourselves and others. This translates to prioritizing self care in the form of yoga, on and off the mat, being kind to animals, and making mindful decisions about the food that I eat and the clothes that I wear.
I created the Sacred Rabbit, with my bunny Klaus, as a way to connect with old friends and new friends to share our passions and collaborate with one another so we can all continue to grow, thrive and shine together while honoring what is sacred to each of us.
